Carrel H. Dykes

A retired electrical engineer from Northern Electric Co. (for which he invented several products) and Sunbeam Corporation, he kept busy working in the yard and on his tree farm. He was active in church, VFW, the City Planning Commission, and the American Legion. In WWII he served in the Army with the 551st SAW in the South Pacific.
Member of Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society.
Married to Mary Frances Wilson for 62 years.
